BWT – Sport Sponsorship


Eight years of BWT sports sponsorship has left a clear mark on the world of sport, and the BWT pink is now an integral part of the racing, skiing, ski jumping and football circuit, as it attracts the attention of spectators at every event.  However, what has gradually become clear is that the pink colour is not just about attracting ‘attention’, but also symbolises a clear mission to “Change the World – sip by sip”.

Many of our partners are now adopting this mission and implementing our Bottle Free Zone concept. We have therefore set ourselves the goal of making Formula 1 paddocks free of disposable plastic bottles over the next few years. To achieve this, BWT is promoting water dispensers through-out the paddocks and paddock clubs, where drivers, crews and fans can enjoy fresh, local water enriched with magnesium, zinc and silicates available in reusable bottles.

Meanwhile, numerous other sports events and clubs – from the ADAC GT Masters to LASK and SV Sandhausen, to the ATP Mallorca Championships and the French national stadium, Stade de France – are also making a point of providing BWT magnesium mineralised water. They are therefore working closely with us to send a strong message about BWT’s Bottle Free Zones.
