Returns & Exchanges

BWT offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions, we also provide a back to base repair service facility for BWT Reverse Osmosis systems.

To apply please fill out our on-line form . We will contact you after receipt of this form with a return authority.

Provide a copy of the authority with the unit if sent to BWT.

In the unlikely event of a drip or water leak, all the water filter systems have a small  ( white body blue handle ) isolating valve which connects your existing cold water pipe to the water filter inlet plastic white tube. Please turn the valve off, check that water does not flow through the filtered water tap. Contact BWT Australia to arrange a service visit.

We supply many different types of replacement filter cartridges for caravan water filter systems. Please note the brand and code of the filter cartridge and contact us by phone or email.

Commercial customers

If searching for a particular filter cartridge it is very useful to take a photo of the cartridge required with model numbers showing and email to us for identification.

Warranty Statement

BWT Australia warrants that the products supplied will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. Further, the warranty provided applies only when products are installed in accordance with installation instructions, used within the product specifications and service life; beyond which time or use BWT is absolved of any and all liability for any use of the product. No liability is accepted where pressure, flow, temperature or other specifications are exceeded or are not within the supply requirements needed for proper operation. The warranty does not cover the service life of the filter cartridges.

In the event of defect or non-conformity the buyer shall contact BWT, supplying proof of purchase, installation and service dates. The buyer will protect and retain the products for investigation. All cost relating to a warranty claim must be approved prior to any work being carried out.
